101 Financial is a Financial Literacy company with 25,000 clients in 32 states. We have over 830 in-home Instructors that work with families and individuals to help them do four basic things. Build and follow a budget and a financial roadmap, optimize personal credit, eliminate debt and learn to utilize smart banking rather than conventional banking approach to managing your money.

101 Academic Advisor: Our frontline employee who takes inbound calls and set appointments helping prospective students complete their Free Financial Analysis. You will then spend 20-25 minutes pre-qualifying each individual for their level of interest to enroll in our financial literacy program for $199.

You will help prospective students identify the underlying reasons as to why they are serious about taking charge of their financial lives, paying off their debt, optimizing their credit and learning to live on a budget and financial roadmap. Current referral rate from students enrolled in our program is as high as 75% so you will also be able to enroll family and friends of your students.

You will daily enroll students into our 99 Financial Course and their new Instructor who will guide them thru their 90-day course focused on budgeting using a 120-day calendar and roadmap. They will learn about credit optimization and ultimately graduate to the 101 Financial course where they will begin to use a Debt Checking Account and Smart Banking to accelerate their progress and debt elimination. 

Part-time is preferred and consists of varying 5 hour a day shifts from 7 am to 11 pm daily including Saturdays but not Sundays. Pay begins at $15/hr and health benefits are available.
