Join our dynamic team as an Assembly Operator at our state-of-the-art automotive manufacturing facility located in Decatur, TN (37322). We are currently seeking dedicated individuals for both day and night shifts. Responsibilities

• Assemble automotive components with precision and attention to detail.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Utilize basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
• Participate in training sessions to develop skills and knowledge in lean manufacturing principles.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in an automotive manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Strong understanding of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with data entry and reporting tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
