Assistant Construction Project Manager - Electrical - Base Salary to 65k/year - Orbisonia, PA

• They are currently looking for an Assistant Construction Project Manager to work within 60-miles of their Orbisonia, PA office. The ideal candidate will possess experience Industrial and commercial projects. The Assistant Construction Project Manager must be willing to perform service calls/work with tools as needed

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing project estimates, including labor, materials, and equipment costs.
• Review contract drawings and address Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Prepare and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Compile and review project submittals and shop drawings.
• Assist in pricing project change orders and tracking financial aspects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Support project closeout documentation, including as-builts and operation manuals.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Basic understanding of the electrical industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and project management software.

Compensation:

• Base salary to 65/year
