Responsibilities

Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment for carbon-carbon composite production.
Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
Conduct regular inspections and tests on materials and finished products.
Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to optimize production methods.
Document production activities and maintain accurate records.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues as they arise.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in manufacturing is a plus.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with composite materials.
