Job Description

Our client, a ground-up construction company, is seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of construction projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Develop project budgets, timelines, and resource plans.
• Monitor progress and performance against project plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and legal requirements.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve issues as they arise.
• Prepare and present progress reports to clients and senior management.
• Lead project meetings and facilitate communication among team members.
• Manage change orders and mitigate project risks.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years proven experience in construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• May require travel between project locations.

Location: Baltimore MD
Salary: $150K
