Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly adaptable and reliable individual to join our team as a Flexible Assistant near UNC. This position offers a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and varied role, providing essential support across various tasks and projects.
Job Duties
Provide general assistance to the team in day-to-day operations
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
Aid in organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
Perform basic research and compile information for reports and presentations
Support the team by coordinating travel arrangements and preparing necessary documents
Help maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
Engage in effective communication with team members and external stakeholders
Carry out any other tasks assigned by the management to contribute to the smooth functioning of the organization.
