Job Opening: MRI Technologist

Schedule:

- Full-time position with a 4-day workweek (no Mondays).

- Tuesday/Thursday: 7:30 AM - 7:00 PM

- Wednesday/Friday: 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM

-Time split between 2 outpatient centers

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform MRI imaging services for both inpatient and outpatient populations, following Radiologist directives and established protocols.

- Operate MRI equipment with proficiency and adhere to MRI procedures.

- Maintain a high level of attention to detail while ensuring timely, high-quality imaging results.

- Communicate effectively with patients to ensure comfort and understanding throughout the imaging process.

- Work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

- Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold all privacy standards.

- Participate in required team meetings and continue to develop professional skills.

Requirements:

- ARRT or ARMRIT certification in MRI is required.

- At least 2 years of MRI experience preferred.

- Venipuncture experience preferred.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, and walk for extended periods during shifts.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

- Excellent attendance and punctuality.

- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
