Job Duties May Include:
• Front office tasks: answering phones, filing, greeting guests, making coffee, etc.
• Customer service: assisting residents with service requests and general concerns
• Touring the property and apartment homes with prospective residents
• Marketing and promoting available units
• Assisting with applications, lease paperwork, and community events
• Supporting resident retention efforts
Ideal Candidate Will:
• Have office experience
• Be dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Be familiar with (or willing to learn) software like Yardi, OneSite, BlueMoon, etc.
• Understand or be willing to learn Fair Housing regulations
• Have reliable transportation
• Be open to taking direction and jumping in to help wherever needed
