Wonik IPS USA, a global leader in semiconductor equipment, is hiring hands-on engineers to install, optimize, and support advanced CVD/ALD/diffusion tools at customer sites. You’ll be the go-to problem solver—owning tool performance, driving process improvements, and supporting customers in the field.
Install, qualify, and maintain semiconductor equipment (CVD/ALD/DIFF).
Troubleshoot and optimize process performance; analyze tool data and implement improvements.
Provide on-site/remote technical support to customers; document fixes and best practices.
Collaborate with global engineering teams; communicate technical status to overseas customers.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials Engineering, or related field.
Preferred: 2+ years’ experience with semiconductor process/equipment (CVD/ALD/DIFF).
Fluent in English or Korean ; comfortable with international technical communication.
Work authorization: Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation: Competitive; commensurate with experience (discussed during interviews)
