Morrison Living is hiring immediately for a full time SERVER LEAD position.

• Location : Blakeford at Green Hills - 11 Burton Hills Boulevard, Nashville, TN 37215.
• Schedule : Full time; days & hours may vary. Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays. No late nights! More details upon interview. 
• Requirement : Prior formal dining experience is required.
• Perks: Free parking, free meals on shift, free uniforms, tuition reimbursement after 1 year for FT employees, and shift differentials for weekends! 
• Pay Range : $18.00 per hour to $20.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Takes and delivers food/drink orders while creating an overall enjoyable dining experience and promoting a clean and safe environment for guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serves as the point person through which all work related requests are communicated to unit management.
• Trains and acclimates new associates to the company culture, the client's culture and the operations.
• Demonstrates a complete understanding of all menu items and ingredients.
• Promptly addresses and corrects any complaints or issues.
• Assists in the selection and orientation of employees and oversees training of staff in areas of responsibility.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
