The Staffing Coordinator Assistant (SCA) will be responsible for supporting client and contractor needs and business.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
*The Staffing Coordinator Assistant (SCA) will be responsible for supporting client and contractor needs and business
*Passionately recruit: source and screen contractors through passive and active candidate resources including: job board postings, social media, networking, internet research, and cold calling.
*Insert candidate data into Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
*Contact Contractors for credentialing and billing purposes
*Assist with candidate background checks
*Verify Contractor credentials, and communicate Contractor's availability to assigned team members
*Maintain follow-up status of candidates including interviews and placement

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
* Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent
* Demonstrated ability to create and maintain Excel, Word, and Google documents.
* Minimum of (6) months experience in a customer service role, preferably a role that involved continuous phone use, call center, recruiting or staffing
* Comfortable providing detailed directions over the phone and via email in relation to billing or invoice challenges
* Demonstrate outstanding verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
