As a Technical Product Manager for Advanced Analytics, you’ll directly contribute to this mission by delivering data and analytics solutions that empower smarter decisions, improve member services, and drive responsible gun ownership awareness. Few project management roles offer such a clear connection between your work and real-world impact.
You won’t be managing projects in isolation. You’ll partner with marketing, member services, sales and engineering teams to ensure projects meet business goals. Your work will be visible to leadership, and you’ll be trusted to turn strategic ideas into delivered solutions.
With access to platforms like Snowflake, Sigma, Tableau, and modern project management tools such as ClickUp, you’ll work in a forward-leaning analytics environment. As Delta Defense expands its data science and AI capabilities—including predictive modeling, natural language processing, and generative AI—you’ll help oversee projects that push the boundaries of how data drives business value.
This role requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies including Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall, as well as the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency. The TPM will also be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, supporting the validation of data and reports, and driving continuous process improvements within the analytics function.

While we welcome applications from candidates who desire to work remotely, we offer preferred consideration to those who can work at our beautiful headquarters in West Bend, Wisconsin. For those opting for a hybrid schedule, this involves working in-office three days a week.
Target base salary range $95,000 - $115,000 based on experience. Eligible for company bonus plan.
